Rockland Kenpo was founded in 2000 and is currently the only Kenpo school in Rockland County. Founded by 3rd degree black belt Tim Murphy the school continues to instruct children and adults of all ages. All students are unique, and as such have various strengths and weaknesses. Kenpo teaches individuals to accentuate their strengths while overcoming their limitations. It is through this recognition of individualism that Kenpo is constantly changing to provide Martial Arts instruction in real world scenarios.
